Best. Screen. Material. Ever.

I have used the security screening that is used on security doors and that has worked well (and keeps most flying insects out as well). I have been thwarted by the sliding screen door though - what did you use to attach the screen to yours?

I cut the wire mesh to overlap the original screen material, then snipped a wire to slip on a speed nut, then used #8 self drilling screws to attach to the aluminum frame. The speed nuts are U-shaped to hook onto the wire. I left the original screen in place for insect control. Although, I must say, I have yet to see an insect in the house since we got Xumi :)
