Mostly my early generation cats do this (F1, F2) but I have had later gen cats do it as well when excited or happy. I've never seen them do it for other cats, just for people :in love:

Regie does it sometimes when he and Kiki are playing. Then Kiki returns the favor. Never had any do it for me tho.
