I'm not sure where you have gotten the idea that large size is part of the Savannah breed standard? The only reference to size in the Savannah Standard is that the Savannah is smaller than its serval ancestor.

I am also curious as to what kind of aggression he has been displaying?

You can have two parents that are over 6' tall have a child that only grows up to be 5' - this is genetics...F1s were never bred to be huge... That they get big is a bonus...

Totally Agree! 90% of human men are between 5'5" and 6'1" and weigh between 120lbs and 225lbs. It's a genetic dartboard, f2s are generally more sizable than f1s and I would much prefer both my f1s were 15lbs instead of the 18 and 22lbs they are.

Also, I believe my lighter boy looks much more like a serval than his larger brother. I love them both dearly no matter their size.

How big were you expecting or hoping for? 12 lbs at 10 months old is pretty substantial. One pound per month for the first year is about average. I would expect that he will weigh around 18 lbs at the end of his second year with all of that being muscle and not fat.

You're going to have to prove that by posting some recent pictures...because we can't remember what either look like...because you don't post enough pictures. Is that a big enough hint or should I drop the subtlety?:p
