Feeling sad because the little guys I met are just so darn cute I wanted to take them all but some of the things I whitnesses just did not sit well. The two thing that I would love to have a better feeling for is what to expect from a breeder and buying experiences and thoughts about vet policies. A red flag was being told I may not even want to tell my vet the kitty was a Savannah??? I would hope my vet would know before I said anything or perhaps I need another vet??? Feeling sad!!

Do you live in a state where Savannahs are banned? I hope not. That could be why a breeder would say don't tell the vet that you have a Savannah. A reputable breeder will not sell a Savannah to someone that lives where they are banned, but there are breeders that will.

No were allowed to have Savannahs. I want to believe it was just a comment made that I picked up on and maybe interpreted incorrectly. There were several reasons I choose to adopt from another breeder. I hope to have our little guy home early June.
