I am the owner of a F4 Savannah and am in the process of getting one for my mother-in-law who recently lost her cat. In looking for a breeder closer to home (I live in Ohio and my Savannah was from the west coast) I stumbled upon River Ridge Savannahs. I never post things online, but thought this warranted it. I am beyond happy with the service and hospitality of Josie at River Ridge. She has been an absolute delight to work with and keeps me updated daily with photos, videos, and vet check up results just like I would want to be. I really feel a connection with this kitty already and am able to pass it along to my MIL who gets excited by the day. We truly treat our Savannahs as family members, not pets and Josie does this as well. Thank you Josie for giving me such amazing communication, something of which I did not have with my own kitty. I think that you are getting the interaction you SHOULD get with a breeder, where you feel part of their kitty family. I remember once a kitten buyer telling me that he wasn't just purchasing a pet, he would be part of my life for the next 20 years...at first I was taken aback, but then realized how right he was! And I love that he is one that keeps in touch with me and gives me opportunity to help out with advice when I can.
