He is at the farm where we have LOTS of rescue cats, but they have not been around the Savannahs, only barn cats and farm animals. They have the dream life, let me tell you.
The Sulcatas are easy going, nothing bothers them except running out of food.

Sorry got distracted and plum forgot about posting a picture of Shelly.

Not the best picture but gives you an idea what she looks like. Just got done building her a new indoor enclosure since the weather is going to start dipping too much for her to stay outside. She's still small enough that lugging her indoors isn't hard. :)

It's hard to imagine her fitting in that indoor in closure, the picture makes her look huge. Love her!

We have an old ice machine that we converted to a shelter for Tut. It's insulated, so it stays cooler in summer and warmer in winter. Added a heat lamp with temp switch and he loves it.
Will get some better pics next trip to the farm.

When building it we were like this thing will be large enough for awhile. Put her in it the other day, and we thought we'll this isn't going to last too many winters. lol But we do let her walk around the house during the day as well supervised. So she gets more exercise then the box would normally let her get.

Would love to see it. We'll be needing ideas for outdoor winter enclosures soon enough. :big grin:

Not looking forward to that part. But we knew going in that was in our future. lol I like to joke with the hubby that we could just use a dandelion on a string to get her to move around. So far just the sight of one gets her moving quickly. ;)
