Anyone Else Run Across This?

So from the time he was little Taz would lay on rugs and pull them over his face, the rub his face back & forth. He wraps himself up like a burrito and just goes to town. Recently he's started doing this with his favorite blanket. He'll pull the blanket over his face like he's hiding and just rub away. I'm assuming he's marking with the glands on the side of his face. He starts drooling and grunting/moaning with happiness. It's the cutest thing. Just wondering if anyone else's babies do this.

Sounds cute! Mine doesn't do that, but I have heard of cats doing that with their face; and I believe he is marking his territory!

Kovu does that with wires. He is getting better at not chewing on them, but he'll rub his face ALL OVER them.

After I take a shower, I use Avon's Skin So Soft oil sometimes. Xumi goes absolutely nuts! Some of the spray gets on the rug, and she rolls and flips round on it, purring like mad. She rubs her face around, then tries to get flat as a pancake to rub under her chin. She doesn't care about catnip (yet, anyway), but this bath oil is like crack to her! She'll keep running back to the bathroom for hours to bond with the rug.

A lot of hair products do that as well. Some like the smell of bleach, old gym socks. My F1 gets off on strawberries and paper towel. My F2, carrots and coffee. She will spill my cup every time!
