Cat litter mats

Does anyone have a recommendation for a cat litter mat? I've tried 5 different ones and the crazy rips them all to shreds within the first few days.

Thanks in advance!

PS - Finally kicked his peeing on the couch issue. I got the Purina Breeze system and he pees there and goes #2 in the other box. Such a silly kitty especially since he barely fits in the breeze box.

Haha, I'd love to see a pic of him 'fitting' in the Breeze box! Glad o hear you've worked out the issue though.

I don't know anything about litter mats, I find it easier just to sweep. You didn't mention what you had already tried, but you might want to look into a heavy duty rubber door mat, or a floor protector. Alternatively, you might consider putting the litter box(es) in a large concrete mixing tub - that might help contain the scattering litter better than any litter mat.

Thanks everyone! Looks like you all have about the same one. I'll order and see if it he won't destroy it...

The concrete mixing tub may be the best option if this doesn't work. Those look heavy duty!

We just can't have nice things, lol. I tried to spoil them with a water fountain made for dogs the other day. I thought it'd be a bit more sturdy since it was made for dogs. Bad idea on my part, there was water everywhere the next morning with it torn apart.

I can't even return it as the box was ripped to shreds. I need to find a store with an amazing return policy. :big grin:
