Seriously- I tell people this all of the time and I know they don't believe me, but if you toss some ice cream on top- it is scrumptious! A very moist cake (hahaha) and the ice cream really makes it!

Lol. No problem, Kelly. It was completely gone that night. The tootsie rolls weren't ate, but the cake was gone.

I LOVE litterbox cake! The first time I'd ever seen one was at a potluck held by the teacher of the veterinary anatomy class on the day of our finals. One of the students brought it in, and once we found out it was really just spice cake, we dove in. Then we dissected a dog. I didn't get nauseated but I sure had strange dreams that night

lol My first day as a vet tech assistant in HS I got to help dissect a goat. It was awesome. lol
