Savannah Super Cat
The Merrill's kept Monte the Margay in a NYC apartment in the '60s and '70s and were featured in a couple of Life Magazine articles. In '61 Meg Merrill said she couldn't live without him. By '71 she comments rather frankly on the difficulties of owning a Margay in NYC.
I think all of us can appreciate the desire to have such a wild creature, and owning a Savannah gives us the look and a taste without all the issues. Not to say Savannahs aren't challenging at times.
