Nitro is turning four (months)!

Nitro is turning four months old on Monday, and wow, he is growing. Almost 8.5 lbs, about the same size as my Bengal kitties, and no signs of slowing - over the last two weeks, he's gaining weight at a rate or 2.5 lbs/month!. https://dl.dropbox.com/u/87351306/NitroWeight.xls

Is the paw size any indicator of how big he'll get? His paws seem disproportionately large compared to my Bengals.

Nitro is such a gorgeous boy! I don't know about paw size as an accurate indicator of size, but...Taj had huge paws as a kitten and grew into a very big boy

Taj weighed 6.6 pounds at four months and 12.5 pounds at 9 months...he is now almost 3 years old and is at about 15 pounds...and he is an F6.

Wow, that's a big F6! I didn't even consider a later generation because I wanted to get a big kitty. Time will tell if I underestimated what I was getting.

Also, he isn't as chubby as the pictures suggest. He was just in need of of a litter box.

See? That is why we always say that you just can't tell about size And he does not look chubby in any of the pictures...

He is a gorgeous boy! In my opinion, paw size is an indication of adult size. Both of my F2 boys have paws that are 2" across. They are both very large. Razi was 13.5 pounds at 4 months.
