So yesterday was the day Nailah was orginially scheduled for her spay. I also had an appointment myself to get my wisdom teeth pulled. I ended up canceling Nailah's spay because the vet refused to help me honor my contract with no ketamine.

So I went to my own appointment and they explained to me all the risks of anesthesia etc and away I went. After the tooth extraction, the first thing I was mumbling when I came out of anesthesia was that they better be sure not to use ketamine in my spay....! LOL

I'm sure they hear all kinds of nonsense but when they told me I said this I just laughed and explained to them that Nailah is always on my mind

Ask your vet if he (or she) can´t do it with a epidural anaesthesia!
