Raw turkey

When feeding raw turkey, am I supposed to remove the skin, or grind it too. Also, should the bones of the thighs be used, or would they splinter, causing possible perforation?

Also would love to know, as apparently my guy's #1 choice currently is turkey drumsticks, so I just went out and bought a ton, and although the breeder will be here Friday to educate me and bring my buddy, I'd like to impress her with some knowledge of my own!

Thanks!

You can leave the skin on and if your grinder is up to the task, grind the thigh bones. Maybe do a coarse grind first and then a finer grind to further reduce the bones.
