Savannah Cat - Advantages over Serval

I believe I came across this article when I was doing my research on a Savannah. Not that a Serval was ever in the cards, but it also gave me pause as to how far removed from a serval I wanted to be.

So thank you very much for writing this Brigitte, it provided good guidance to get my feet wet with the breed. I'm definitely ready to get our second kitten and perhaps up the game a bit and go with an F2.

It all depends on your F2 - some are very serval-like in their behavior (closer to an F1) and others are much more domestic acting. Of course, you will see personality and behavior differences in the F1s as well but at the F1 level I think there is much more consistency in getting those serval traits.
