I watched this video and checked out the website a while ago... This stuff- it really breaks my heart... Can't save our exotics... Can't save our domestics... And it's not just here in the United States.

This story broke my heart.

There are just so many innocent lives lost. And your right, the ignorance of some people are making it hard to save exotics as well as domestic animals as well.

I feel like the world is turning into Germany under Nazi rule.

I bet the person who runs that place just randomly hates dogs, somehow got into power, and made it their mission to "exterminate" dogs of a certain type...which turned into dogs that look like a certain type...and at some point, could by dogs of any type.

Seriously, though, these posts need a disclaimer, I'm sure my work colleagues think there's something wrong with me as tears roll down my face.

I agree. The place my mom volunteers at still gasses. They just recently started adopting out pit bulls, but as soon as animal control is full they gas. So its always a mad scramble to try to find those dogs & cats homes (whether it be permanent or foster) ASAP. Gassing is just so incredibly cruel. And a lot of the people working there just dont really care about animals. Nor are they knowledgeable about them. They had a rather fat tabby out there once & one of the guys was bragging that they had a "real" F1 Savannah. My Mom was like, "Uhm.. that is NOT a Savannah." lol
