Supplement for raw diet

What are some supplements that can be used with raw food?

My Romeo and Toby love the rabbit from hare
Now I tried duck too
Romeo also growls at treat of dear meat

I can not find a supplement that both cats like
Romeo likes and gets some of the daily best petNaturals

Toby gets none or some platinum powder sprinkle on his tongue

Neither like supplements mixed in much
Rabbit has plenty bone and organs
I also use The rad cat that has its supplements built it

I have and neither like them :::::
Wild trax
Vita cat powder
Alnutrin
Platinum supplements
Feline's pride supplements

Romeo is covered with daily best but what is the harm for Toby .?

Any suggestion in supplement please

:)

Brigitte has recommended Mazuri in the past - apparently it is tasteless so the cats will eat it mixed in with the food.

As Patti mentions... Mazuri make the only supplement that I have found the cats don't object to. I've tried a number but now are "if it ain't broke I won't fix it" when it comes to supplements.

A couple years ago, I had one of my kittens seeing a nutritional specialist vet, this kitten refused anything but a raw diet so the vet designed a special one for his veterinary needs. He took the specifications for the Mazuri supplement suspiciously but could not point out any deficiency in it. He did recommend Balance IT as it is a supplement designed by researcher vets at UC Davis but I could smell the "vitaminy" nature of it and my cats hated it.

www.mazuri.com has two feline supplements, one for "slab meat" and one for "whole prey" so depending on what you are feeding you use that supplement. I also add some baby oatmeal and psyllium husk for fiber.

Thank you
I did not realize it has to taste altering quality like the rest I tried.

Think of it like vitamins... most of us prefer to swallow a capsule rather than chew it up...unless in a nice chewable form :) Not all the vitamins taste good...my husband has definite preferences in the Gummie Bear version of vitamins...

Depending on the supplement you end up using, I think it should tell you on the container how much to give based on weight and/or species of animal you're supplementing.

Mazuri said to add 0.5% of wet food weight so I had to calculate 0.5 % of one LB weight which is about 900 gr

Maxuri add
.5% of 900 grams of whole pray ground meat approximately

Actually, I think 1lb equals ~450gm which would mean if you supplement Mazuri at 0.5% total weight you would add approximately 2.25gm or just under 1/2 teaspoon of Mazuri per pound of wet food... although not sure what they mean by 'wet food' when it comes to raw...

Add Mazuri supplement About .5% to wet food weight which is raw whole pray including bone and organs

About
4.5 gr to 32 oz
2..5 to 16 oz
1.12 gt to 8 oz
