Getting ready for my two delights turning up and I was wondering your toy recommendations; what type keeps them occupied the longest? How many do they have? I've read about using small dog toys as they last longer?? Thoughts and recommendations appreciated! :)

I have a variety -- feather wands, tennis balls, paper bags & cardboard boxes, lots of stuff from Hyendry, little plastic twirly thingies, wine bottle corks, plain paper wadded up into balls. You'll just have to experiment with a variety of things to figure out what they favor -- but even that will change as they mature or grow bored with particular toys.

LOL. I'm sorry I can't remember they're official name but they look like plastic springs. I found mint infused tennis balls at a local pet store (in the dog toy section) and mine go crazy over them. They like regular old tennis balls too. Oh and I forgot -- ping pong balls are a huge hit. Pretty much anything noisy that they can drive you crazy with after midnight is what they prefer.

Mint infused tennis balls! Wow never heard of that!! I think a visit to not only the local pet store is in order but a visit to the sports store too!! ;)

Sahara is so obsessed with dangly toys and loves playing. I also got some interactive toys for her so that we can play together. She loves playing fetch with a cuddly toy too.

Brian,

I love zooplus and do all my shopping with them.

Tbh I'm not a huge fan of the two I've got as they are to easy for Sahara. My honest advice would be to stick with a simple dangly toys and not spend your money on the two I've got.
