image.jpg I adopted my boy Seth from the pound and noticed very early on he wasn't your typical cat. I left a message for the person who surrendered him at the pound in hopes they would respond and several months later got an answer. Seth was born from a F3 Savannah but the father was a neighbors domestic short hair tabby. My question is what would that make Seth? Would he be an F4 or later or at all?!? He has so many Savannah quirks and is insanely intelligent (knows 10 tricks, fetches, walks on leash) etc. I love him no matter what but I admit I am curious. Thanks to anyone who can shed some light on this!!!

I'm no expert, but I believe he would be considered an F4 A, if he was able to be registered. Great picture, he is a great looking kitty. Its great that you found him ;)

I feel extremely lucky! I was drawn to him at the pound. He was literally the only kitten jumping around and rubbing the cage vying for attention lol. And I adored his big ears tri big grin: I don't know how I would go about registering him but I'm not pressed to do so. It's not like I will be using him for breeding purposes. Thanks for the compliment! I love taking pics of him and his "little gray tabby" brother (another rescue). I appreciate your quick response!

I think the only way you can register him is if his parents are registered. It doesn't matter anyways if you aren't breeding or showing. What matters is that you have an awesome cat. I love your avatar picture haha

Kristin is correct, you have an F4A Savannah - and quite a handsome fellow at that! I'd love to see more pics of him, and welcome to the forum!!
