Breeder Question

Thank you for all the feedback! I have asked all of these questions and more. The kitten is only a few weeks old, not an older cat. She will come spayed, vaccinations, and all. As for the show quality, yes, for my first savannah, I want a pet quality kitten, not show quality, so good feed back there also.

I am looking at purchasing an F5 female. They just seem to be priced cheaper than other breeders I have seen online and wanted to make sure I was dealing with a breeder with a good reputation.

If she is less expensive than most breeders then I would ask lots of questions, including why so cheap. A1 has the reputation for being more expensive than most other breeders, so there must be a reason this girl is underpriced. It may just be because she is older and if so that's fine, but better to ask than be surprised upon delivery...

Our F5 boy D from A1 was $950. He came neutered, microchipped, and up to date with his shots. Shipping was $200.
When we bought D, A1 had a lot of kittens, and he was not breeding quality and no one else had snapped him up yet. He was 3 months old. He is melanistic, and he is a bit goofy. His tail is so long it drags on the ground if he isn't paying attention. That said, he is the nicest cat I have ever met, and a certified therapy pet (officially) as of last week.
Our F4 boy Mickey from A1 was $1400 shipped. Mickey is the little guy in my avatar. He was also neutered and up to date with his shots. He is our lap cat, he loves cuddling with us, and when we wake up in the morning, he makes eye contact, charges at us, and throws himself into our arms.
Our F3 boy from A1 was expensive. He was significantly more than the other two combined. That said, I have found A1 very nice to deal with, and very kind when dealing with us as we were considering buying our first and second kittens and wanted to pick their brains.
I personally would recommend them.

I have three cats and all of them from A1. First I bought a male F5 about 4 months old (he was expensive, but he is for breeding and I live in Moscow ). It was the first delivery A1 in Moscow (September 2010). But it was great - documents, vaccinations, contracts, etc., and even Russian officials indicated they had never seen such a great cat's delivery ). My mele Ambiente (F5) immediately began to growl in my hand - it was great! Then I bought the F2 Diamond and then another F2 Dazzle (I paid and waited her 5 months ) ... All of my savannahs perfectly socialized! And if I had questions than about feeding and other... Kathrine answered immediately. In my opinion A1SAVANNAHS is a great company!!! (Sorry for my bad English)
