I am feeding him wet food twice a day. He is a F5 SBT and he ways 14.3lbs. I did want to start the raw food instead because I feel like he is always hungry and I always offer more food. He does drink lots of water.

Just a spoon full of wet, even twice a day, is not very much food even though you are mixing it with dry. 14.3 lbs does sounds like a very big kitty so he must be eating lots of dry food so unless you feel his ribs sticking out I don't think you should be too worried. My F2 Shango is only 15 lbs. Sometimes when Shango is going through a growth spurt, he gets fed 5-6 times a day. The rest of the time, he is fed 4 times a day. Not sure if your schedule allows you to do so, but maybe feed Kumba more meals throughout the day to help keep him fuller.
