just curious if anyones savannah coughs them up my cat has never coughed one up am i just lucky or does it happen less with savannahs ?

I think it just depends on the cat... or maybe how much hair they swallow. One of my F1s is intense about grooming lots of the others hence I think ingests more hair than the others and is more likely to puke a hairball for that reason... while others that don't tend to groom more than themselves I don't think ever do.

I've never had a problem with hairballs with my Savannahs, or even with my long haired Highlanders for that matter...

I have not found ANY hairballs since my Savannahs came to live here. And Kilifi is a grooming fool.

Loki doesn't get hairballs, but he does puke up cardboard with clear fluid from time to time. He grooms all the time.
