Hi i am a New savannha mommy

Michaela

Savannah Super Cat
I have a new F2 B boy almost 4 mo old
Just finishing the two weeks separation
I got a Bengal almost 6 mo old for his play mate just before ...just for him ImageUploadedByTapatalk1375553121.908086.jpg ImageUploadedByTapatalk1375553151.303120.jpg
Now I have to introduce them
They play under the door but never meet
Any advice
Hope they love to play together, but the F2 boy is more reserved and "scaricat ".
He acts more like a mommy s boy
The Bengal is more independent and I spent less time on bonding and separation .
Romeo -F2
Toby - Bengal

Congratulations! Both boys are gorgeous!

You might want to extend the quarantine...two weeks is the minimum, but longer is better, so your new F2 bonds to you and not your Bengal kitten. Can you put a screen door on the room Romeo is quarantined in? Try feeding them on opposite sides of the door, and engage in play with a wand toy with both boys (while you are on side or the other). Bring a blanket or bed that Toby has slept on into the Romeo's room, and put one of the Romeo's beds out for Toby to sniff and get used to each other's smells.

Thank you....
I put Toby in Romeo s room and let Romeo free and also exchanged blankets and litter box on and off .

I agree with extending the quarantine time especially since I let my dad take care of bout pets with s long weekend away.

Sounds good! I would be a bit leery about the litter box exchange after just two weeks....you want to be sure neither has any issues going on or developing (worms, parasites, etc) that the other could pick up....
