Kitten owner's cat peeing problem need advise

I think it important to make sure they are cleaning with the enzyme cleaner, and NOT laundering with bleach. Bleach can attract cats to pee, so not only do they need to treat the pee spot with enzyme cleaner, they should make sure they are not using a detergent containing bleach...

As to walking on countertops...good luck with that. My cats know they aren't allowed on the counters so that means they don't while I am in the room...but the moment I am gone I KNOW they are there....there's paw prints on the glass range hood to prove it! LOL!
