Kitten weight

But remember that weight is not always an indicator of size...and neither is what they weigh as babies vs what they weigh as they grow,

I received a FB message last night from one of my kitten buyers with a photo of Dracos, F5 SBT, stretched out on his coffee table, which is 44" long...Dracos almost took up the entire table...he was very small as a kitten and has grown nicely.

Then there is Cinny - long and lean and tall and barely 8 pounds :roflmao:

Agreed!

As far as kitten weights, I prefer my kittens to be ~1lb for each month of life at least for the first six months... after that, it really might depend on what their eventual size is going to be. But even the smaller girls tend to gain a pound a month in the beginning...
