I am, which is why I posted it . I don't think he's a reputable breeder, even if he did associate with 1 or 2, but I just wanted to double check.

I know all about him and what he has posted in that ad is true...at one time he was a respectable breeder...then he and his wife divorced and a lot of bad things occurred....before Ann Schmidt died, she was feeding his cats because he could not...She would drive there and bring food quite often...feel free to email me and I will fill you in...I don't want to go into it publicly...Ann Schmidt was also a broker for A1 and sold many of the cats to Martin that died of FIP...please pm or email me...

I am by no means really well informed on the breeder scene. I have my breeder...Patti, and All I know are the others here. But I do know there are some less reputable breeders out there. Good luck Jessica. I hope you and Brent find your soul mate kitty.

8 weeks is way too young and Karl is by no means reputable...I also doubt the kittens are registered

Susan Karakash was a reputable breeder many years ago, but things went south and somehow her husband ended up with the cats. I'm afraid I've heard nothing good about him since that time, and even worse about Ann Schmidt.

I think things did fall apart with the divorce years ago. And really the deal with Martin would have been some time ago as he sold A1Savannahs quite some time ago. And Ann of Timeless Savannahs passed a while back. Hard to see how he's blaming his kitten situation on events that occurred months if not years before they would have been born?

I'd be cautious as if he's desperate to rid himself of the kittens how much work has he been putting into their socialization etc? I find it troubling that there is that air of urgency for 8 week old kittens...
