Be careful with Darwin's... Shango was eating the Darwin's turkey with awesome results for about a year and then they changed their formula without notifying their customers. Shango refuses to eat the new formula and it has been a long 3 weeks trying to transition him to something else and I'm only about half way there. After comparing ingredients on past packages with other members on this forum it appears Darwin's changes their formula every year
NOT good if you have a super picky eater like I do. During the whole process of discovering the ingredients changed, Darwin's customer service was HORRIBLE. I could never get them to answer their phone or return calls. I also emailed several times and never received a reply. They never did acknowledge changing the formula, but I was finally able to get them to reply confirming they cancelled my auto ship subscription. Amazing how they always responded to me in the past within hours, but when there was a problem it was almost impossible to get a reply.

I'm really surprised that you experienced this kind of customer support from them. I have experienced the complete opposite. Anytime I ever had a question carol at Darwins would always take the time to make sure that my question was answered so I could understand. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't experienced the same.

Thanks for the heads-up on too much calcium. I have decided to eliminate the turkey meal as the calcium levels are the highest of all the mixes he gets. I've added 1/2 lb of Non-medicated beef meat, beef tripe, beef liver, and beef heart (fat content is 3% lower than the regular beef meal) to his rotation.
