Last night Sasha had his monthly dose of Advantage multi and seemed to be doing okay. Well he seemed normal until this afternoon when we discovered he scratched a patch on his neck raw !!! Do I need to worry about the exposed skin? Do I put any medicines ? He seems okay, not scratching or anything.

If he has actually caused it to bleed you can apply an antibiotic cream such as Animax, otherwise I would do as Cary says and just keep an eye on it. If it seems to be persistently itchy you can try applying Benadryl ointment.
