So Onyx is 11 months noticed he had bad breath checked his mouth and discovered he still has his baby teeth. Going to check with the vet but most likely they will have to be pulled? IMG_0481.JPG

I still think some of the best preventive medicine for teeth is to buy freeze dried turkey necks , let them eat freeze dried turkey necks and chicken necks. People can’t believe the results they get, it all but illuminates tartar. Big results in one week

Vet recommended pulling the baby teeth so problems don’t occur later on. I pulled on them and they are not loose so dental surgery in a month. :(

I agree it would probably be best to pull the baby teeth - poor kitty! Hopefully it will be a quick and smooth surgery and he'll be back to himself the moment he wakes!

I gave Masai a freeze dried turkey neck today for the first time after reading this. He LOVED it. Actually, he gobbled it down so fast, I thought he was going to get choked. How often do you feed these to your Savannah? He would eat all four I bought if I would give them to him.
