Savannah cat's Neuroticism

Zeus has some strange habits, one being, where he runs or walks or both.in his cat wheel and then walks up to the slider door 6-8 ft away and then back to his wheel and he'll do this 20 times in a row within a half hour. Which I find is neurotic along with some other things that he does. I was wondering if anyone would share what their cat does that is somewhat neurotic or appear ro be obsessive compulsive.

He's certainly handsome! I can't say that I have dealt with a similar behavior, but certainly the boys obsessing over certain things.

Sounds like he is asking to go for a run outside!

I'm sure my cats have neurotic behaviors but at this point in time it all seems normal to me, so hard to think of anything in particular...

I was thinking the same thing as Patti. He is trying to tell you he wants to run outside.

my cat starts running around like crazy then finishes with a jump as high as he can on the frame of the bathroom door then when he lands he is going to take a dump thats his weird routine

this one is not really weird just funny i have a battery charger the top kinda looks like the top of a hurdle i took it out one night he ran back and fourth for like 20 minutes just jumping over it again and again
