Also just a quick reference...in case you have a waiting period.. my F6 absolutely loves the cardboard scratch boxes. They are reasonably priced and simple. In fact sometimes TJMax and Ross have them for sale.

I ended up ordering that great ball on track cardboard scratcher. She's having a great time both playing with the ball and taking time out to scratch up the cardboard.
I still need to get her a tree though.

Where abouts are you in Canada? I'm in Ontario

I got my best cat tree used. Not sure of the make but we just got really lucky. The second one I got used as well, but off of Kijiji. There are some really nice custom ones you can get done too, if you don't have a budget.

Im in BC, and I definitely have a budget, lol. I'm not about to spend say, $500 or something on a cat tree. But $200 or less is more doable.
