Ok, well I did realize today, all my high spots have stuff on them so maybe why he doesnt jump but across laterally about 5 ft maybe more. But places he could jump in one swoop, he opts to jump 3 ft then 2 ft up, using bed as a stepping stool. I have a small place thus the stacking on shelves, but I take him on walks often.

He did climb up a tree about 20 ft so he can climb better than jumping I guess. We had to get him down with a pool leaf catcher with long pole and he shimmied down crying the whole time. He also runs fast on his cat wheel, Id say 20 mph.

He knows sit kinda, lay down, shake (he will let me shake his paw), get down, no. I used treats today and he was motivated somewhat. I need to teach him when he is calm, if he is hyper it will not work. I layed him on my chest and he licked my hand and face and he never really does that. I move around too much so he doesnt get too close sometimes.

He does know these phrases: do you have to go pee pee? He use to go as a kitten everytime he saw me go in the am!

He also knows, you wanna go walking? u wanna go eat?, r u hungry? He loves when people say he is beautiful or pretty, even if they know he is a male, they still do. It is endearing.

He also knows ok lets scrach ur ears, chin (he raises chin), head etc so that is kinda neat.

Ok Im just bragging now so I will be quiet now. I uploaded an album yesterday. 20160524_143502_resized (1).jpg

Wow, he is a smart, handsome boy! Good job teaching him and having the patience to do so! It does enrich their lives, IMO...

He's so handsome! Where did you get his harness from? Did they stitch his name into it?

You can find it on Ebay. The owner and creator is from England. It takes 3 weeks. Its a custom order from England..its under $30 and better made than the Hyendry one. She has a combo of colors and materials and free name stitched on.

My cat harnesses are from Mynwood as well. Her direct website is http://mynwoodcatjackets.com/
The jackets fit my SV extremely well - she is now on her 3rd one (she outgrew, the jackets did not wear out). I have some issues with the ones for my Pixiebob as he has a short thick neck and a stout squishy body.
