savannah cat adult size??

Here's a picture of Xumi, my F2, I took last week. She's only 5 1/2 months old, and she weighs about 11 pounds. The floorboards are 2" wide, to give you a sense of scale.

I've seen pictures of her parents, and I suspect she'll be bigger than either of them, maybe even combined!

LOL! Actually, I hear Scotty in Star Trek saying, "Captain, there be cats here!" Which of course reminds me of the scene in Jaws - "We're going to need a bigger boat."

I'm a 'skeert... just how big is she gonna git?

It is so surprising to see them grow. I was so surprise when the small hears of Marguerite just kept growing. I was not super happy with her hears at first, they where so much smaller than an oriental kitten the same age, but fell in love with her wild look.
This is her picture at 5 weeks.

and now

For the weight at 10 months she is almost the same weight as Paragon 9 months (silver stud, he is 10 pounds), but she looks a lot bigger (taller & longer body).

My savannah Marguerite & oriental Philomène were growing together. The oriental is only 2 weeks older than savannah.

from 3 to 4 months, they where growing about the same paste, Philomène was a bit taller


after around 5 months the oriental slowed down her growth paste and savannah continued to grow fast.

The oriental was always winning the fights as a kitten, she was always on top of Marguerite.
You can see with the pictures the power turned around... lol

She is a beautiful girl! But Paragon is also a nice OS.

Thank you everyone for my felines.
The OS torbie is Phlomène, she is my little precious princess. Some people are afraid to touch her and break her. So thin long legs. She really helps too for a super relax atmosphere at home, she cuddle up with every human and cats. Looks for warm furry spots (so short hair).
She is my pocket cat, bring her for a walk time to time. Usually she is on my shoulders.

The weirdest question I ever heard about her during a walk. "Is it a real cat or another kind of animal?"
Just want to answer "It's a fish lol" But I am nice and happy to tell them about OS.
