1 kitty vs multiple

The SV is not a girly frou frou kitty, so I can see why the breed is so appealing to men :)

LOL...when I was at MTB in NYC 2012, manning the new breeds booth, which included savannahs, I talked to 90% men...so yeah I guess our SV is man-friendly.

I'm hoping the dogs keep him occupied for the time being. It sounds like I'm going to have to get a bigger house since 1 seems to grow into several. LOL!

I keep telling my hubby we need a bigger house, because I still want more

I think it can be a case of they know wifey wants a kitty but they want to make sure it is one they can tolerate...so encourage not the fluffy girly persian but a more active "cool" kitty like a Savannah.

I am going to have to start a new thread somewhere on here "The Real Cost of Your New Savannah" He looks around rather agahst (and the enclosure hasn't even gone up yet) at all the preparations and I am sure wonders what he has got himself into. I think he is afraid I will turn into a crazy cat lady! ( I am careful not to talk about the next one in front of him or the old DSH :p)

Snort. My DH was the same way when we got our 1st SV and he fell madly in love the moment he set eyes on the kitten. Same with SV #2 & #3. He did break out in hives when I told him I wanted a 4th so I don't talk about it anymore.

When he comes home from work, the cats get greeted first and then he takes all of them on separate walks in the pet stroller. I never in my wildest dreams thought I'd ever see my husband proudly prancing down the street pushing a pet stroller. Once the walks are over he plays feather stick and other games with them and only when the cats get bored with him, does he remember that he forgot to greet me. I am definitely #4 on the priority list.:big grin:

I needed a multi pet house hold. Solo (my ragdoll) was very anxious. A year later when we got our dog, he was cured and very happy. Now with kitty #2, Kronos my SV, the three of them are just all so happy. They all run wrestle and play together.
I am hoping that an addition will soothe my anxious raggie, too. :)
