10!yr old Savannah seems to be effected by cold temp

My 10 yr Savannah is staying under blankets and next to me under shirt for skin contact warmth. He is very healthy and this is the first time he reacted to temperature change. It’s cold outside but it’s warm in the house. Yet he’s acting like he’s cold. His skin on head and body feel warm so I don’t get it. He walks into the coldest room where litter boxes are to use them. He’s eating and drinking normally. He’s just acting like it’s the artic in the house.

I would have a veterinarian see him, and get some bloodwork on him.

I agree 1000% with Patti... I know the only time Elsa wanted was cold and like that at a much younger age, we took her to the Vet. She had to stay over night (and that was about the hardest part for me)... She came out of it ok however. Do not delay on getting him to the Vet!

The vet never came up with a Conclusive call as to what it was, but they suspect that she may have eaten a bad bug!

I had a F3 what was doing that a lot. He would get under the covers all the time and sit on the radiators he wouldn’t go out for long.

I would take them to the vet sooner than later. I had a F3 he would sit on the radiators and would always be under the blankets, he wouldn’t stay outside for long he was eating and drinking fine but then one day wouldn’t eat or drink took him to the vets and to find out he had really bad kidney to a point they couldn’t do anything he was 11 years old. Hopefully it will be nothing but I would get him checked over.

I got my cat a heated cat bed. He has hardly left it since it arrived. I highly recommend

That you but I got him to vet the n got 2? More conclusion
