Hi. Welcome to the forum. As Paige states, the rosettes are an indication that a Bengal was used at some point as an outcross. The kitten that shows the rosettes is from a previous litter. I do not see rosettes on either of the 2 kittens that you will potentially get. As a kitten gets older, the spots may get less defined if they change from a dark brown to a lighter brown on a golden coat. If they are spots now, they will remain spots and not turn to rosettes.

In regards to transportation....Would you be doing the drive by yourself?

We were only about an hour away from our breeder for our Savannah so obviously we drove. Rafiki yowled the whole way home. I don't know if she would have kept that up for 10 hours had the drive been that long.

Our Pixie Bob was in Seattle and we are in Los Angeles. It was roughly the same price to ship him versus having one of us fly up to get him. We decided to make a day of it and both of us flew up to get him. We were able to play and bond with him both at the breeder's and at the airport. He was absolutely terrified when the plane took off and started shaking and drooling. Since he was in the cabin with us, I spent the flight bent over with one hand on him to keep him calm.

Unfortunately, that kitten would not be able to fly to NY, since it is illegal as an F2...I'm sorry for bringing this up, but I am sick of breeders selling kittens and cats to illegal states and buyers buying kittens that are illegal. MidSouth Savannahs is known to sell and ship servals and savannahs to illegal cities and states and I am going to publicly call them out...I'm pretty sure Dominic knows this...

I guess Dominic decided to post under his other username and tried to fool everyone...Dominic you know that F2 is illegal and now so does everyone else...so irresponsible of you...

Uhg... I hope this doesn't lead to a euthanized cat due to irresponsible cattery / owner. Such a risk to take for a pet you are sure to fall in love with.
