A moment of silence for Freya's dignity.

Patti - I liked that sock thing when you posted it. Then Freya got a little upset stomach and coated the inside of her cone in vomit. After that, I made her a sock thing. Now she's walking like a drunken sailor and the other cats are even MORE determined to NOT do whatever she did to piss off the humans :big grin:
LOL, she will get used to it, if she hasn't already! I've shamed my kitty, now you have to take pics to post of your poor baby in the sock too!

Would like to see excatly how the sock was cut. How does it keep fom creeping up?
I actually used the leg of a pair of tights so that the material was stretchy and cut slits for the front legs and the back legs. When you slide the hind legs through it loops around it at the hip and the tail keeps the 'tube' on the back away from the 'elimination ports'. Hope that describes it so that you can picture it, I'm afraid I don't have any pics from the hind end...

It's actually a sleeve from an old shirt. I tried going with a sock, but none of my socks were big enough to shove an angry cat into.

Wonderful thank you... Yes I can clearly see how it was modified. Getting ready for my kitten 's date 15 th pretty soon! Wonder tip, I have been trying to figure out how to keep the cone on for 2 weeks!!!! The only way I figured it out was lock both kitty and I in the bedroom with a choice of drug or adult beverage and have my husband deliver our meals. A NON-meals no wheels! Love your idea 500% more!

Here's the underside.

BTW, I am really, really proud of my kitty. She absolutely hated getting put in the thing. She growled and whined and even hissed a bit, but she never scratched or bit.

ETA: She looks like a little prison kitty in her orange jumpsuit. XD
