Acclimating SV in a loft

I will used this this thread and not the savannah picture to ask my many questions.
As you known, my savannah is crying if im not with him and i have another cat with 1 problem! She is neutral, but she have been "vaccine" i dont how to say in english on 07/05/14, but she have the Rhino .she is ok at this moment. Abbas received him vaccin on 24/04/14 and the recall is for 24-05/14 in two weeks.
I read the document PDF how to acclimate the savannah, but i cant left him because he is very loud! So i pick him in the transport cage, and he is with me and the other cat on my bed. They dont talk togetther only viewing.
It the only way to stop crying.
Do i can open the cage and go everywhere in the appartement ?
I want sleep

Finaly, i dont buy à dog cage, because today when enter in the kitchen, Abbas jump over me lol and go to see the other cat. So, i dont disturb them and at the end each other they smell and Mia lick the top of his head. Now, I'm away both are in différent room.
Tonight, i will try to sleep both in same room. If they cant live togetther, i will put Mia in the kitchen.
My apparment have 350 feet square, very small very difficult to follow the "how to acclimate our savannah".
Abbas dont like the walk harnet, he try to bit me. He dont like the candy i buy for him, so it will be hard to learn "clicker".
The breeder gave him bone checken, me i bough purina kitten feed and other thing of purina, i mix it 1/2 morning and 1/2 at night.
