Yes. That is exactly what she does. My vet called her a ninja lol she can get muzzles and collars off in record time

haha I wonder how she does it

She is so fast. With the muzzle she put both paws by the string around her ears and popped it off...in less than a second. (She was muzzled at the vet for bloodwork etc). She does much the same with her collar. I keep it extremely loose for safety reasons and she just takes it off whenever it is convenient. It has stayed off since new years lol

Can they actually open doors? Is that common? I may need to invest in some child locks lol

They certainly can. Don't know how common it is. I have lever handles on all the interior doors and all 3 figured out how to operate them. They are adept at opening cupboards too. Oh, and drawers. So you have to think about stuff that could be dangerous to them, either objects or stuff like cleaning products if your cat develops the tendency to open things. Sometimes I think I should just buy a bank vault and add on a separate room to the house for it. Sheesh, these cats:not sure:

Lol luckily I keep cleaning products in the basement. Hopefully dish soap is non toxic.

Troub can't open doors because they are knobs not levers, but she opens cupboards very well. Not drawers thankfully
