He is a Savandal though. I just caught him red pawed with a roll of T.P. IN HIS MOUTH, trailing T.P. all the way from the bathroom. OF COURSE, It was MY fault for leaving the bathroom door open. But there is no defense on this one. It was witnessd by me...THE ULTIMATE ENFORCER in his life. He has already been given a summary judgement and found guilty. His sentence will be no access to the bathroom for a week. No appeals in MY dictatorship.
