The kids are in Azidi's room, while Azidi is in the closet eating turkey with the closet door closed. The kids are getting a little bored with the newness of Azidi's room although they still want to be in there. Azidi seems a bit more relaxed when the kids have just left the room. I have ALWAYS warned her when they are coming in. I will continue that until I am confident Kilifi will not chase her.

Earlier while Azidi was out exploring, she went behind my ham radio equipment in a place where I try to keep the kitties out. Lots of wires and sometimes high voltages there. Anyhow I saw a tail hanging out and I fussed for the kitty to get out. Azidi popped out and looked at me shocked, and ran back to her room. I went back told her why I fussed at her, told her I was not mad and apologized for being gruff. She seems to have accepted my apology.

Mean daddy - I'll bet that was the first time she's heard you be gruff with her.

Is it mean to want to keep your baby from chewing a wire that could burn her tongue off?? I was not being mean. She still loves me.
