Either that or she is a fitness freak. LOL
She wakes up from her afternoon sleep at about 6:30 pm. And after I go in and get her dish for turkey, she starts walking around the wheel. I cut up the turkey, take it in and put it down for her and she will then start her wheel time. Tonight she was on and off for almost 1 hr 15 min.

We've had the one fast cat wheel for over 2 months, and Theo still won't run on it. We've used one of his favorite feather toys to try and coax him, but no dice. Do some cats just not take to it ever? He doesn't have anyone to watch do it, so I think that might be a problem too...

Did you try treats? Otherwise, I would say just be persistent and repetitive. Of course, sometimes, they make you feel like giving up. Also, does he sit on it? If he does, I would try turning the wheel slowly while he is on there, he will eventually get the message I would think. One of mine boy's, did not go near it for 3 weeks, I showed him everyday, but no response, than one day while showing him, he just started walking on it. It is almost like he had a light bulb moment. Good luck.

Yes, it is true that there are cats that never really take to the wheel, however you can continue to try to coax him with a feather toy, laser pointer, or even by putting treats on the wheel so that he gets used to stepping on it. It seems once they realize the wheel will move as they walk they get hooked...
