Sigh. Kilifi's cough came back over the weekend. So... She had another visit to the doctor today. After a chest Xray, it seems she has a case of pneumonia. Doc took blood to see if she has valley fever, or anything else. I will know in about 3 days. Meantime she now has another medication, Veraflox, to take. Damn...

I know. I am kinda Bumfuzzled over this all, but actually, she is not doing too badly. Right this moment she is breathing fairly easily. Earlier she was obsessed with washing my arms. I have raw spots on my forearms. LOL

Still have not heard any results on the blood test for Kilifi. BUT, yesterday I rigged up a makeshift tent out of the large kennel I have and put a warm steam vaporizer in it to warm and humidify the air. She LOVES it. She napped in it yesterday and today, and she has coughed up a lot of phlegm and is coughing quite a bit less. Only twice today so far, whereas yesterday it was 6 or 7 times. She was also good and took her medication today. She had been refusing to take it. I am much more relaxed about her.
