Me too Patti.
Kilifi is breathing easier today. 3 hours in the tent so far. Took her meds like a winner. I have only heard 2 coughing spells and BOTH were very short and light.

Hope Kilifi feels better soon! The tent is a great idea! Wonder how she got pneumonia...

It looks like the Asthma diagnosis is right on. She has not coughed or had labored breathing for a week, and is putting on weight, since doc put her on meds. }
Just got back from Kilifi’s vet appt. Doc said to decrease the dose of C-Prednisolone from 1 CC / day to .5 cc / day for 4 days, then decrease to .25 cc / day and recheck on Friday the 2nd. Doc wants to get her dosage to the lowest possible amount where she is still breathing ok. She is doing fine and is still up in weight. 8 lbs 12 oz.

Glad to hear you have been able to figure out what's going on with her, and that she is doing better!
