Regie is amazing me every day. He gained 5 oz in 24 hrs. He is eating pretty good. But does not like lamb, venison, rabbit. However, He loves beef chicken and duck.
AND he has been insistent upon sitting on my lap today. Purring and wanting pets. He is a sweetie. And poor Kilifi is his focus of wild activity. LOL

His 5 oz must have been because he had just eaten when he was weighed. His weight later last night was 4 lb 8 oz for a net gain of 2 oz from the previous day.

I have 2 kitties ( Regie and Kiki ) walking around like they are carrying a large weight on their backs. A walking jacket. LOL She is just whining.... (little prima donna) and he is running around giving me the stink eye and hiding.

I am taking on a little (?) project. My living room carpet was unine soaked in several spots by one of my past DSH's who was so obese she could not get into a litter box. There are a few spots where the carpet is solid with urine crystals. The carpet has become an invitation to Regie who has pooped on it a couple of times.
So just as an attempt to save from removing the carpet and replacing it, I am going to try Unique Distributors' Pet Odor Removal. I ordered and received a gallon of it, so I will see just how good this stuff really is. I may be attempting a futile gesture, but the cost of the P.O.R. is a lot less than new carpet. I don't necessarily want the nice new carpet. Just carpet that does not smell and does not encourage further contamination.
