Last night, I offered Zidi the chance to venture out into the grander world of the house. She walked out into the hall, Looked around, and decided she would rather sit in the window in her own room. So, after 30 min of the open door, and no Zidi outing, I went in and asked her if she wanted to come out at all. She looked at me as if to say "I think not tonight father", so I closed the door and let her prowel her own domain.

Regie is now 6 lbs 2 oz, and Kiki has remained 9lbs 13oz. I will not list what I am.

The youngsters are still acting like wild children, running, jumping, chasing and wrestling. They are both very happy. Me too.

Zidi had her hour out in the house and was a wandering around crazy girl. ALMOST came out to the kitchen / Family room, but I think the TV made her think some stranger was here. She is getting less jumpy when out. :)

If I didn't know better, I would think you Zidi and our Jarvis were related. Similar anxiety, similar phobic behaviors... Similarly very anxious.

Cary, I hope Zidi comes around for you the way Jarvis did for us. I think she is making fantastic progress.

Yes Nikki, I think she will eventually come around. It may not be as quickly as we all would like her to, but I am confident.

And yes Patti. But baby steps are better than no steps ...or worse... backwards steps.

It HAS been fast these past few days. But she has some days where she is really curious and days where she is not. BUT, I suppose that is normal for a feline. I still want her to be brave enough to come out into the family room and spend time with me out here. Maybe soon. She almost did tonight, but I think the voices on the TV made her a little unsure. I thibk I am patient enough, but Kiki and Regie...I'm not so sure... LOL
And Nikki...Thank you for being positive. Sometimes I lost my track. ;)

Hang in there.

She is doing fantastic.

Reggie may end up being the key to it all. For us, Mickey was. You are doing great Cary :)
