My order from Darwin arrived today. We shall see how the kids like Raw chicken tonight. I have one package in warm water thawing. Will let them try it when it is thawed.

Yes Dear!!! I am on vacation. So pictures will be coming.
The kids were NOT overly excited about the raw, but they have been snacking all day. I am sure they will come along in time. Even Azidi ate some, and she is my picky girl.
I have placed the leftover in the fridge in a sealed container. I will discard it after a day or so if they do not eat it all.

Wow. I put a little kitty crack on the raw. They all ate about a half tbsp of the raw with the crack on it. Azidi was very proper and delicate as she ate. Like the Lady she is.

SHeesh you girls!!! First Witchy ... now you. OK I will get some tomorrow My kids are snoozing now. (let sleeping Savannahs lie...) But in my defense, I have been busy yesterday and today and sleeping is feeling so very good. BUT, I will do my best to get some pics tomorrow.

OK. The latest on the raw food situation. I put down some lukewarm raw chicken with kitty crack mixed in. ALL 3 scarfed. They did not eat a large quantity, maybe 2 oz each, but they scarfed it down. The 8 oz package I thawed and fed yesterday was finished today. A new one is thawing. Trying Turkey this time.

Your raw should be good for 3 days in the fridge once it is thawed out. Happy to hear they are enjoying it
My guys eat an oz each meal, totalling 3 oz/day. Any more and they start to pack on the pounds. Each kitty metabolizes differently so don't worry if they don't eat as much as you would expect. Jim was eating 2 oz/day when he was crated and he still managed to gain weight (which isn't a bad thing, he was kinda skinny) and now that he is running around outside he gets 3 oz like Zeddie
