Have you forgotten that North American Spotted Mooses (moosies? moose? moosae?) tend to be a bit larger than your average bear or SV?

Dino is a very long and lean 14lbs. Hard to believe he and Atticus are the same species let alone brothers. Now the other brother Dooley who is on lockdown at the moment, I count my fingers each time after I set down his food.

Currently Dooley is eating 15ozs of food a day, eating his raw food first and following on with his combo canned cooked chicken. By next weekend he should be rolling on a complete raw diet.

Uh oh, sounds like you have an Atticus copycat. Be prepared to take out loans to pay for his food. As I've said before, Atticus's maximum intake was 3 lbs a day and the last 2 months he has stayed at around 1.5 lbs per day give or take. His appetite slowed down in concert with the slowing of his growth rate. Dooley has many months of hearty appetite and astounding growth ahead of him.

The first pound of food is on me, the next two are going to have to be population control of the rabbits, gray and fox squirrels. Chipmunks perhaps if he is feeling industrious. I f he can garner some help from Dino, perhaps some venison will be on the menu as they both seem to be keenly aware of when the deer are passing by in the early, early morning hours.

Uh... His name is Dooley now?

I would actually prefer to call him Ruckus, but Trish has been eliminating a syllable from Ándale and calling him Dooley for short. I'm also not fond of having to figure out how to put that little accent thing over the Á when typing Ándale.

Lastly this little bit makes Dooley a worthy contender .

Yeah, Ruckus. See, just because Rascal and Mayhem were taken doesn't mean there were not any other similar choices!
I also like the idea of teaching the young guy to fetch his own food!
