John, I find myself using this site as a place to list all of Rafiki's doctor visits, liver values, meds, etc. Between writing it here and the responses received, I have frequently thought about things that I don't think I would have otherwise.

I often find that by writing a post (be it here or FB), it clarifies my thinking. Your mind can go round and round on a problem and you end up muddled...so having to explain to someone else can help. And yes, as Rafiki says then all the info is set out in one place too...
