I've not heard of them but scams pop up every moment of every day...this seems one of them. The first(actually all the Savannah kittens) kitten is said to be an F1 with "show potential"? Then when I clicked on Serval kittens the picture at the top left of the page was Michelle of F1Hybrids Savannahs, so a stolen pic.

A big clue on a scam website is when the kitten pics are all on different backgrounds. Generally when a breeder is posting kittens (especially multiple kittens) they will do a photo shoot on one background. Or they all live in the same house so the backgrounds will be similar. It seems obvious from the variation of the kittens and backgrounds that these pics have all been taken from other places.
