Oh and if Cody is driving, you can get close to her and talk and let her see you. But you should almost be home. If not already.

We got home about 30 minutes ago and she's eaten some wet food and went potty. Now she's curled up in my lap asleep :)

Is it normal for her to want to sleep so much? She slept about an hour in the car and has pretty much been asleep the whole time since we have been home. She has not eaten much at all.

It's been a big day for her. She may sleep a lot for the next few days. Kittens tend to sleep more anyway. When they're awake they play hard but their batteries need recharged more often. Remember to take her to the vet with 72 hours for a well baby check.

What Witchy said. Her has had a big day, Momma. Lots of stress with the trip, the change in family, leaving all the ones she loved behind, and being in a strange new place, with strange new people. Sleep is her escape from stress. She will be fine when she bonds. No worries Vickie. :)

Awww, she is sooo adorable!!! I wouldn't worry too much about her sleeping lots, she is probably exhausted from the stress of the move today. Just love her and let her know she is safe.
